I'm a simple man with many wide ranging interests: history, politics, religion, learning of other cultures. I like most music, (but not punk, acid, hip-hop or rap). I tend to be quiet, a little reserved but ever willing to engage and help. I love children, animals, natural beauty. I'm gentle, kind and patient, a bit self-depreciating and always encouraging of others. Honorable, devoted, and religious. I love to sing and dance, enjoy good jokes, but I'm not a very witty person myself. I love to travel, and to experience dining adventures. I want to be a father and to be sealed in the LDS Temple with my soul-mate for time and all eternity, should I find her. Living History Re-enacting, primitive camping, target shooting, archery, swimming, hiking and sight-seeing, reading, bowling, bike riding, watching movies.

Although beauty catches the eye and speeds the heartbeat, it is the meeting of minds and the melding of souls that unite a couple. I'm looking for intelligence, character, kindness, gentleness and spirituality in a woman. I want one that can help me be a better man, and who needs my gentle strength in return. I want one who knows and trusts God, and will strengthen our walk together, encouraging me to keep those covenants we make at baptism and in the temple.
